Return Policy

Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, send your item back within 20 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for return or exchange, the merchandise must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed  with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original return form.  For returns, credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
Damages, Defective or Wrong Items(s) Shipped Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 14 days from the shipped date to our Returns address. We will refund the return shipping if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the Return Form. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note only standard carrier services will be refunded. To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code listed on your Return Form. In addition, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the Return Form. Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange on the Return Form in the notes section. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
How can I return an item? Step 1: Start by completing the return form of the pack slip that came with your item. Be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund.
Step 2: Repack the items/s you wish to return in the original packaging.
Step 3: Addres and attach retun lable. Send your package to: WMOF Merchandise RETURNS DEPT. 300 Brookside Ave., Blue Bell, PA 19422-9998
Step 4: Ship via the shipping carrier of your choice (USPA, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.), and insure the item for full value of the merchandise being returned. Remember to enclose the completed return form in the package. Keep the remaining pack slip for your records.
